- Milwaukee-Waukesha, WI (1888PressRelease) July 08, 2015 - Scale Up Milwaukee, an initiative of the Greater Milwaukee Committee supported by WEDC, announced it will open applications for the Scalerator program, which kicks off in October 2015. The Scalerator program has been wildly successful in helping companies in the M7 region to grow. So far, 27 local companies have graduated from the Scalerator program, averaging a planned 41% in revenue growth in 2015.
Testimonials from past Scalerator participants prove the importance and effectiveness of the program:
"We applied to the Scalerator program with some reluctance…mainly due to the time commitment and really, after 20 years in business, what could they really teach us? We were dead wrong. Participating in the Scalerator program has transformed the way we do business."
- Lori Zindl, President of OS inc.
"The Scalerator Program is a fantastic academic resource that challenges business owners to improve productivity, sales, and processes. I would recommend this program to any business owner." - Helen Traudt, President of Right Choice Janitorial Supply, LLC
The six-month, seven-session training program teaches business owners the practical skills to inject growth into their ventures. Administered by a team of professors from world leader in entrepreneurship education Babson College, the Scalerator focuses on three primary areas: sales and marketing, organizational development and entrepreneurial finance. Additionally, the program works with investors, banks, professional services firms, universities and public sector stakeholders to support growth.
