EC21.com has recently announced that it had signed an agreement with SIBIR, a part of N4B group to open a new sales network in Russia.

SIBIR Limited Liability Company, established in 2009, currently provides informational and consulting services in the field of analyzing the market environment and developing the national 'Navigator for Business' B2B network (n4.biz) with support of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia and other competent business organizations in Russia.
SIBIR will now represent EC21 general and premium services across the Russia, mainly in Moscow and Moscow regions by using their local contacts. They plan to promote the services via Internet, forums, conferences and exhibitions working with Russian industrial, agricultural and trade associations.
