Eaze Chat Promulgated at NASSCOM Product Conclave Event
At the forth edition of NASSCOM's Product Conclave in Gurgaon, iN Technologies, a proud member with NASSCOM, promulgated its recently launched product, 'Eaze Chat- A complete live chat solution'.

The event was a great platform for young technical businesses to showcase themselves and learn from some of the great leaders in the industry. Speeches from some top leaders were very enlightening for everyone present at the conclave. Ravi Gujraj, Chairman & Co-founder of Frictionless Ventures Pvt. Ltd. emphasized on the need of modern products to be based on "mobile-first" concept and also shared his belief that people with design thinking capabilities will drive companies forward.
Hemant from Sapience talked about how he used the Indian market to test and refine his product before going global. For selling globally, he used in-country sales partners/resellers. He also said that he moved to a cloud model against an on-premise model. Although there was an initial dip in the revenues, SAAS model provides a good revenue pipeline.
Ambrish Gupta, CEO & Founder of Knowlarity Communications, delivered another motivating speech that was mainly focused on the hiring process of the startups. He explained that a startup should hire such staff that is 'willing to work', instead of a usually chosen 'skilled to do a certain job well'. He mentioned that as the company grows, the focus should gradually shift to choosing the ones with the skills.
For Eaze Chat, the event served as a good platform for its business elevation, as it allowed an effective interaction with some new potential clients, resellers and partners. But more than that, Mr. Rishabh Jhol, the VP at iN Technologies, finds this event an encouraging and learning experience.
