Eastwood Homes is pleased to announce the grand opening of its Richmond, Virginia division. Eastwood builds new homes in several markets across the Southeast. Their expansion to the Richmond Market represents Eastwood's sixth division.

The first Richmond community to celebrate a grand opening under the Eastwood name will be Watermark, located in Chesterfield County. Following on the heels of the Watermark Development, Eastwood Homes will break ground in Magnolia Green, a sought-after golf-course community in nearby Moseley, Virginia. The company plans to quickly progress in the Richmond division, and open one to two more communities by the end of the year.
