Dunes' Back Bay Bistro To Hold Splashy Thanksgiving Feast

Situated along the waters of Newport's Upper Back Bay, the critically acclaimed Back Bay Bistro will offer way more than the traditional oven-roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, gravy and all of the trimmings. Guests may also enjoy a honey ginger-glazed ham, stuffed chicken roulade, tri tip with bordelaise and Mahi Mahi among their entrée selections.
Also available at the all-you-can-eat buffet is a cold seafood & salad station featuring New Zealand Green & Black Mussels, shrimp cocktail and a chilled salmon display with paper-thin sliced chilled salmon with herbed cream cheese, chopped egg, capers and all of the accoutrement. Among the salads are baby field greens with mimosa dressing, red & gold beet salad, vegetable antipasti and an exotic fruit display featuring kiwi, mango, sliced melons, wild berries, papaya and grapes.
Topping off the meal is Chef Mike's chocolate bread pudding, homemade apple Bundt cake, an assortment of pastries and pecan and pumpkin pies.
