DSCallards Achieves Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) Certification from SAP

- (1888PressRelease) May 01, 2014 - DSCallards, a UK-based dedicated provider of Business Intelligence solutions, that helps customers through a portfolio of consulting, advisory, implementation and support services, today announced it has achieved Partner Centre of Expertise (PCoE) certification from SAP. The certification validates that DSCallards' Support organisation fulfils the requirements needed to provide high quality support services for SAP BusinessObjects solutions in accordance with SAP's current technical and organisational standards.
To ensure that SAP customers receive the same high quality support, SAP introduced a dedicated PCoE (Partner Center of Expertise) certification, which was made exclusively available for SAP PartnerEdge channel partners providing support for SAP BusinessObjects solutions. The certification process reviews a channel partner's entire support centre, including support staff, support processes and infrastructure. DSCallards had to meet three key requirements to qualify for this certification:
1. Fulfil the requirements of SAP Enterprise Support in accordance with the SAP support model and is a primary support provider for SAP BusinessObjects software
2. Support Team is familiar with general support operations and have the latest SAP qualifications
3. Ability to provide a solid foundational infrastructure for end-to-end interaction with customers and SAP
