With a Law degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and decades of corporate and entrepreneurial experience, both domestic and international, Charles brings energy, wisdom, knowledge, and leadership skills to DSI. As a corporate President in the past, Charles knows how to impart the vision, create unity, and inspire everyone to work together to accomplish the tasks necessary for long term success.
Charles has worked with all types of residential and commercial real estate and the finance thereof. Additionally, broad experience in marketing and business consulting enables Charles to make an invaluable contribution to DSI as the company and the organization develop into a premier, world class business entity to fulfill the mission of massive debt reduction and income creation for many others who would not otherwise have such an opportunity.
For more than fifteen years, Charles has established, managed and directed several service-oriented businesses in the fields of marketing, real estate, finance, insurance, and consulting. Prior to that time, Charles was President of a Commercial Real Estate Development corporation involved in the acquisition, development, finance, leasing, constructing, managing, and disposition of essentially each and every property type in the commercial Real Estate industry, including corporate headquarters, office buildings, shopping centers, multi-family and residential subdivisions, industrial properties, resorts, golf courses, hospitals and hotels.
Before serving as Corporate President in the real estate field, Charles was Director of the European Outreach Trust which created from scratch two multicultural, multilingual urban base communities in Brussels, Belgium and London, England. Charles was in the entertainment business before his time in Europe and was active as a director, composer and performer with a performing company including music, drama, and dance. After college and law school, Charles spent a year in independent travel and cultural research throughout Europe and Asia. Charles is fluent in both English and French.
