- (1888PressRelease) March 22, 2013 - Dragnet Solutions, Nigeria's leading e-recruiting and computer based testing firm, will partner with foremost business publication, BusinessDay, for the 2013 BusinessDay Job Fair scheduled to hold in Lagos.
Speaking on the partnership, the Managing Director, Dragnet Solutions, Mr. Robert Ikazoboh, stated that the fair, which will feature organisations from different sectors of the economy, is an opportunity for both corporate bodies and job seekers to experience the E-recruiting concept, which he described as the future of recruiting in Nigeria.
"This fair is a fantastic opportunity for us to bring recruiters and job seekers together and expose them to the gains of E-recruiting. As the paradigm is shifting globally with respect to the recruiting process, Nigeria has to be a part of the revolution. Dragnet Solutions is Nigeria's leading advocate of E recruitment and we are going to be spreading the gospel through the fair," he stated.
Dragnet solutions, who are also owners of Dragnet E-Recruitment service, Biometrica Africa, GradExchange and Scholastica products, will provide Computer Based Testing for companies at the fair.
Ikazoboh added that Dragnet Solution's involvement in the Fair will provide employers and recruiters with the opportunity to tap from the different technological and computer based solutions the company has to offer in recruiting.
"We are going to be screening job seekers for corporate bodies at the fair using Face of Testing (FOT), which is our proprietary Computer Based Testing product. The fair is going to be a practical demonstration of how E-testing works and will showcase its benefits to companies and individuals," he added.
While commending BusinessDay for the Job Fair initiative, Ikazoboh reiterated his company's continuous commitment to ensuring that recruitment processes in Nigeria are carried out transparently.
On the alleged employment scam in MDAs, Ikazoboh believes that E-recruitment will guarantee efficiency, transparency and fairplay in recruitment in the public sector. In his words: "It is high time the public sector bought into the E-recruitment. It is more efficient, transparent and will ensure fairplay in the recruitment process".
The Job Fair will be a two day event that will engage over 60 employers and recruiters from leading national and multinational companies. The fair will also provide about 1500 job seekers with the opportunity of direct interaction with the organisations.
