About Dr. Thomas Griebe
Dr. Thomas Griebe formed his own employment law boutique in Hamburg in September of 2012. Previously he was an Equity Partner and International Head of Employment & Pensions at an international business law firm. He advises national and international clients on all questions of employment law. He also specializes in advising US clients, and staffing services and has a large client base of small and medium-sized enterprises. Trained in mediation, Dr. Thomas Griebe also advises companies on conflicts with their employees, works councils and unions as either a mediator or a consultant. He is a Senior Advisor to the International Employment Law Committee of the American Bar Association (ABA) and a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), the International Bar Association (IBA) and the employment law attorneys' working group of the German Bar Association. He is a lecturer on employment law at Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Hamburg.
