Dr. Oswald currently serves as Assistant Director for the Parma ED - EMP of Cuyahoga. Dr. Oswald joined EMP in 2002 and completed EMP's Scholars Program in 2009.
Dr. Oswald holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. He completed Graduate Studies at Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio and earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio at Toledo in Toledo, Ohio. Dr. Oswald completed his Emergency Medicine Residency at Summa Health System/Akron City Hospital in Akron, Ohio.
Dr. Oswald is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians.
