"Dr. Farr's Whitening Club" is a program that allows his patients to sign up and receive tooth whitening treatment, and then at each cleaning visit receive more whitening gel at no extra charge. There is a one time sign up fee which includes whitening. Choose from three levels:
Level I: Professional Strength Whitening Strips come in a ten day supply. At each check up and cleaning visit another pack is dispensed. Cost: $59.
Level II: Custom Whitening Trays (most popular) comes with custom trays and six tubes of whitening gel. At each check up and cleaning visit two more tubes are dispensed to touch up those regressing areas. Cost: $199.
Level III: In Office Whitening provides a 90 minute treatment that is guaranteed to push your whitening to the next level! Custom trays are fabricated as well and two whitening tubes are dispensed at each check up and cleaning visit there after. Cost: $299
There are four conditions patients must meet to be a part of the program. Patients have to come in for regularly scheduled check ups and cleanings, get their recommended treatment completed, have a zero balance, and give the office 48 hours notice if they have to cancel an appointment. It's that simple!
