Dr. Elsburgh Clarke Named Firefighter of the Year for EMP
Elsburgh Clarke, MD, was recently named Firefighter of the year at the Annual Firefighter's Retreat held in Savannah Georgia in August 2010.

Firefighters are Emergency Medicine residency trained, board-certified, highly experienced physicians who are dispatched to work in various Emergency Departments throughout the country at new sites or sites undergoing a transition in staffing.
Elsburgh Clarke has served as a Physician Firefighter since 2009 with Emergency Medicine Physicians (EMP.) He has practiced Emergency Medicine for over 25 years. Dr. Clarke has extensive experience in administration and management, holding multiple Medical Directorships and service with EMS programs throughout the country. He is past CEO for Comprehensive Emergency Solutions, SC, an independent EM Group in Illinois.
Dr. Clarke also serves as a volunteer Firefighter in Peoria Illinois. He is the author of an acclaimed photographic publication: "Eyes of Fire," capturing his passion and expertise in photography.
