Knowledge Gained Through Experience
Having completed eight marathons and over fifty half-marathons, Dr. Pollack has a personal understanding of the real life application of his techniques. Dr. Pollack devotes a tremendous amount of time to nonprofit endurance events, including the development and oversight of distance running training programs. Dr. Pollack is a board certified chiropractor with additional certification in Graston and Active Release Techniques.
