(1888PressRelease) May 24, 2022 - Double Rainbow Project Co, is proud to announce it is now a public charity with tax- exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code. This status will further broaden the organization’s access to resources and strengthen its ability to serve hospitals, doctor offices, charity offices, nursing homes, and parents of ill children who are either hospitalized or receiving other health services for a chronic illness within the United States.

“Obtaining official tax exempt status is a major milestone for the Double Rainbow Project,” remarked President and Co-Founder Erika Haahr. “We can now expand our fundraising activities and fully realize our goals to spread hope and cheer. We do know that we make a difference through our work from the feedback we have been given by the recipients and parents of those donations. Our hope is to expand on what we are currently able to provide and distribute to meet our growing interest and demand. We are giving those facing difficult circumstances, something that makes them smile, resulting in a more positive mindset.”
