DotAsia Organisation aims to expand networks around Asia
On December 11, 2019, the Internet Day was successfully organized with more than 2000 attendees and many leading speakers. The DotAsia Organisation also shared about the innovative use of .Asia domain names to expand Asian connectivity.
- (1888PressRelease) February 21, 2020 - Internet Day is an annual chain of events for businesses in Internet field, telecommunications domestically and internationally. Internet Day 2019 chooses the main theme: "Innovation for Digital Transformation" helps to accelerate the digital transformation period of businesses to create a digital society according to the National Digital Transformation Scheme. It includes 03 digital transformation phases aim to comprehensive digital transformation, with the economy and society operating base on digital technology, innovation and creativity.
Attendees at the event acquired a lot of specialized knowledge, especially related to digital transformation for businesses. Analyzing the theme: "Innovation for Digital Transformation", the program shared many stories about transforming digital platform that are very important in today's digital social tectonic revolution.
The event lasted within one day, the morning session centered around the identification and discussion on the theme: "Innovation for Digital Transformation". In the afternoon, there were 3 concurrent sessions:
- Session 1: Digital Transformation strategy, roadmap and solutions for local organizations, enterprises at current context of Viet Nam
- Session 2: Tech startups and Vietnam Innovation Ecosystem in time of Digital Transformation
- Session 3: Internet Economics and the Consolidation
In session 3: Internet Economics and the Consolidation, Mr. Edmon Chung, CEO of DotAsia Organisation said about: “Building your Asian digital identity: From user experience moments to brand identity to reach the surging Asian online population.” He also said that DotAsia is honored to share their opinion about the innovative use of multiple domain names including the .Asia web extension and other new Top Level Domains that can help SMEs identify their digital brands online for Asia's extremely diverse consumer base.
The DotAsia Organisation operates the Top Level .Asia Domain, which is a part of the global core Internet Infrastructure. .Asia is the official web address for the Asia Pacific community worldwide and all businesses, individuals and organizations want to connect with Asia.
