Dominisii and Bubba Jr Brands Announce Long-Term Manufacturing Agreement

(1888PressRelease) December 23, 2023 - Houston, Texas., and Cypress, Texas – Dominisii, Inc., a global design, product development and manufacturing company pioneering made-in-USA apparel and accessories, and Bubba Jr Brands Inc., a leader in developing and building brands, today announced a 15-year strategic manufacturing agreement to enable dedicated large-scale manufacturing of HUES BOA®, Sassy & Lloyd, Chokolet Kavvr, Msiino, Hot Child 8 and SuperRegado designs for Bubba Jr Brands. It adds diversity to Dominisii’s current business structure for its apparel and accessories manufacturing pipeline, which covers corporate, private label, and military markets.

Over the past several months, Bubba Jr Brands has aggressively sought to reach licensing and collaboration agreements to support its design, branding, and marketing capabilities with athletes, musicians, and designers and contract out manufacturing services. This included the quick scale-up of HUES BOA's and Sassy + Lloyd's (a luxury hemp apparel brand) e-commerce businesses. As part of this agreement, Dominisii will now provide dedicated manufacturing capacity for a range of products for Bubba Jr Brands.
