Doctor Me Author And Visionary Business Mentor Nevaeh Marie Challenges Business Brunch Meeting
Monday morning brunches are heavily influenced in each of our weeks. We start the week right here at DCI reaching out to each of the business owners we work with, and challenge them to focus on something that will keep them awake and creative with their vision process. "Each day is a challenge to come up with something enticing to keep business owners hungry for success..."
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) July 17, 2012 - Most Monday morning brunches consist of coffee and bagels, small business chatter and the courteous handshakes and passing of business cards. When you invite tenacious and bold individuals who have been involved in the Corporate America structure for many years, who strive for change and challenging the business world, you get a very engaged brunch.
"You never know what you're going to get when Ms. Marie walks in the door. Some days she just observes, but you clearly can see she is thinking, and planning. Other days she comes in with a heavy purpose, it comes screaming from her heart. You can't help, but listen." - Marylnn G. from Ignite a newly opened Online Marketing Firm
This morning during our exchange of business cards, Nevaeh shouts, "How will you infect change?!" "How will that passing of a business card help our world? Is it only helping yours? What does your business practice say about you? What does the community know about you?" The circles of chatter suddenly come to a hush as Nevaeh pours her coffee and sits at the round table nearest to the coffee section.
"Each day is a challenge to come up with something enticing to keep business owners hungry for success. What is an even bigger challenge is to create that balance to keep business owners in line with transferring that gratitude to giving back. It is a duty." Nevaeh shouts as she stands up and begins to walk around the room.
Nevaeh has been involved in Corporate America since she was 15 years old. Her tenacity for wanting to climb from position to position has created success story after success story.
"When I first met Nevaeh I didn't really know what to expect, all I knew was she came with a plan a very detailed plan which made me feel prepared and that I probably should do some homework myself!" - Jay from SEO Insiderz
Nevaeh having decided to sell and re-open with a new strategy has created some ruffles in the business realm. "I am trying to focus all of my energy on infecting change. What hits most in my heart and always had is educating pre-teens and teens on the importance of knowing about drug abuse, the damages it can do, and how to overcome them. I believe in helping through creative realms. I believe in helping through education. It was the only way that got through to me. It's a responsibility on my part on my heart to do this. That's where the idea of re-opening and using this business to fund the Refuge Center came to be."
Nevaeh has decided to finally write a tell all in regards to her teen angst years in hopes of transforming her recently sold "Gab Girls" company as an outlet for any teen to delve into her story and be inspired by her multiple successes through self-doctoring, self-actualization, and the need to understand her situation.
She plans to finish Doctor Me by the end of the year while still assisting the current business owners she works with to pursue their visions for their companies' goals. "It's a skilled practice for me to continue on with my own work, and still help owners reach their goals. It's a constant filling of my happiness cup. I love seeing people motivated positive and best of all...happy."
Unfortunately, Nevaeh will not be accepting new business owners until 2013 after the release of her book. Her lesson plans will be available next year and proceeds will go towards the opening of the Refuge Center.
