Mr Maiya heads Finacle Product Strategy and has more than 16 years of industry experience. As part of the Finacle Product Management Group, he has been instrumental in many releases of Finacle product in the last decade. He has a special interest in the areas of risk management, regulation and compliance. In addition to having published several papers in the areas of risk management, delivery channels, retail banking, compliance, and regulation, he is also on the expert panel of McKinsey Quarterly and a member of XBRL Abstract Modeling Group. He has filed several patents in areas like delivery channels, offline banking, and customer experience.
