DiMora Unveils Neoclassic Automobiles Subsidiary
DiMora Adina Sportster and DiMora Vicci 6.2 Super-Coupe prototypes near completion. Sir Alfred J. DiMora new state-of-the-art chassis and innovative body technology called Alurock composite.
- (1888PressRelease) March 15, 2012 - Palm Springs, California - The Neoclassic Automobiles subsidiary of DiMora Enterprises, LLC announces the design and production of two new series of distinctive motorcars, the sporty Vicci 6.2 and the luxurious Adina. Their fusion of 21st century technology with classic 1930's elegance and flair defines a new niche in the American and global automobile markets.
The elegant Adina series blends the design elements and handcrafted workmanship of the DiMora brand with the power and durability of a high-performance General Motors drive train. The Adina is enhanced by the V8, LS3 engine with 431 horsepower. Standard amenities include Italian burl wood inlaid dash, lamb's wool carpeting, etched glass and more, while a removable hard-top leads the list of optional features.
The sporty Vicci 6.2 Super-Coupe boasts either the LS3 or the supercharged 638-horsepower LS9 engine that comes with independent suspension. Vicci buyers are afforded the choice between 4- or 6-speed automatic transmissions or the 6-speed manual transmission. The Vicci 6.2 convertible will also be available, with an optional removable hard-top. Carbon-fiber dashboard, Italian leather seats, fly-by-wire electronics, stereo with engine diagnostics, paddle-shifters on the steering wheel, wire wheels, back-up cameras, GPS and more come as standard equipment.

Alfred J. DiMora co-founded the Sceptre Motorcar Company, whose Sceptre 6.6S received Best-of-Show honors at the1978 Los Angeles Auto Show. When President Reagan declared 1986 the Centennial Year of the Gasoline-Powered Automobile, DiMora's Clenet was selected as the Official Centennial Car, resulting in honors for DiMora and the Clenet at the Automobile Hall of Fame in Michigan.
