The driving motivation behind forming the venture was to provide a vast array of high-end media and marketing services to local cottage, small and medium-sized businesses whose budgets might otherwise exempt them from the array of, and types of services being offered.

Heath Alberts will act in the capacity of C.E.O. Wanda Alberts will head up the Marketing and Web Design arm, while Dave Block leads the Video Production & Direction services, and Jim Gade fronts the Digital Media Production & Direction facet.

Jim Gade, who is the Video Services Manager for the Rockford Ice Hogs was a natural choice to head up Digital Media Services for the group, and brings years of diverse experience and strong expertise in this field.

Dave Block, who is the founder of independent film company, Block Films, and is also the son of former Rockford Police Detective and Mayoral Candidate, Doug Block, brings his decades of acting, filming, directing, and editing experience to the table.

Wanda Alberts is the founder of Tailored to Hire, a not-for-profit community program serving local individuals in building better interviewing skills and resumes, where access to such service might otherwise not be available to them. She brings her vast knowledge of Marketing and Web Design to the group, and will also serve as the hub of communications.

Heath Alberts brings 15 years of multi-million dollar business management to the fore, as well as his writing skills and humor. He is the author of "Terminal Beginning", a humorous yet philosophical novel about what happens when humanity becomes too smart for its own good, and is also well-versed in marketing and web design.

Digital Ninjas Media, Inc. seeks to fill a need that has - up until now - only been filled by others in what the Digital Ninjas Team feel is an 'incomplete' manner.
