Through this partnership agreement, Danmark Music Group LTD is also empowering Rainysongs Entertainment, LLC in designated territories to the exclusive rights to Danmark's software and distribution system in the North and South American territories.

The initial software release entitled the "RDS System" and Rainysongs Digital Media Tool (the software and application respectively) is now available to all artists and labels who want to have full control of their digital distribution worldwide. RDS helps to protect music rights by simply asking who are the lyricist and composer and which performance rights society do they belong to. This metadata feature encodes the proper song credits directly into each song file that is delivered by the end user to the online shops. The end user determines how music gets delivered including control of streaming to online shops, in what sales format it's made available to the consumer, and on what date content is delivered. Additional features offer viral marketing tools and global selection of countries and online retail shops.
