When South Florida Vanpool (SFVP), a program designed to help commuters find a more affordable, less stressful, and environmentally-friendly way to work; came to Diaz & Cooper, their website left prospective consumers confused as to what exactly SFVP was offering. While the brand had some recognition, consumers were experiencing confusion about the details and benefits of the Vanpool program - this was something that clearly needed to be addressed.
Through the implementation of a simplified and sleek design, Diaz & Cooper created a site that is easily navigated while also being informative and concise. Establishing the benefits of the Vanpool program was key to the site's messaging - providing the consumer a clearer understanding of what the brand has to offer them as commuters. The integration of a "Savings Calculator" also proves a useful tool in engaging consumers to see firsthand where their savings could begin as a member of the SFVP program.
The site serves as a hub for everything a commuter could need regarding vanpooling: connecting users to vanpooling community and social media sites, sign-up portals, local vanpool search services, and vanpooling resources.
Combined with a television and radio campaign, the new site aims to be the commuter's entryway to vanpooling in South Florida.
