The didactic research material was highly appreciated by the jury and was selected amongst the top 70 research materials.

This year, his research paper titled "Study on Relationship between Organizational Commitment & Its Causal factors Among Employees of IT Industries in India" was honored with the best research paper award by SICOM. He unearths great passion in predicting productivity drivers in information technology and human resource.
The research paper aimed to analyze how team performance can get affected by gender diversity in an organization. The study presents a comprehensive evaluation of differences between two genders and how it affects the performance of an organization. The research broadly analyses the gender- performance relationship between two states in India viz Maharashtra & Madhya Pradesh and also investigates whether there are any significant differences between male and female in the way performance is perceived in business organizations. "The findings were extraordinary and have been acclaimed by a large audience. As many as 205 people responded to this questionnaire thus making the findings more significant."
