Diagnostic Imaging Systems Announces Availability of iCR3600 and Chrome Automated CR Scanners
The iCR3600 and Chrome automated Veterinary CR Scanners will join the highly advanced lineup of digital Veterinary radiology equipment from DIS.
- Rapid City, SD (1888PressRelease) October 15, 2013 - Furthering its advanced lineup of Veterinary Digital Radiology products, today, Diagnostic Imaging Systems, (DIS) serving Veterinary professionals since 1983, announced the immediate availability of the iCR3600 and Chrome Automated CR Scanners.
"The iCR3600 has received global acclaim for its image quality and reliability and Chrome offers physicians a reliable imaging system and amazing workflow at a much lower cost than comparable computed radiography solutions," said Joe Hecker, President at Diagnostic Imaging Systems.
The iCR3600 is the "flagship CR system" for U.S. manufacturer iCRco. It is a rugged, dependable, single-plate scanner, which has overcome the problem many computed radiography scanners have in that the phosphor screens are damaged over time as they are bent, folded, or bumped.
"Both the iCR3600 and Chrome utilize iCRco's trademarked True Flat Scan Path (TFSP) Technology. The screens never have to leave the cassette, thus preserving image quality and preventing damage. TFSP promises over 300,000 images per phosphor screen. No one else in the market comes close to this level of quality," stated Joe.
Diagnostic Imaging Systems will showcase the iCR3600 at the upcoming CVC conference at the beginning of November in San Diego, CA and the AAEP conference in December in Nashville, TN.
