During a recent demo, Di-Fi Solutions co-owner Diana Feile handed over the mouse so her client could see how easy it was to schedule automated BI reports with CRD. "In five minutes they built a schedule, and that included the time it took for me to explain CRD's options," she says.
Feile also evaluated Crystal Server as an alternate BI solution, but says it was overkill and resource-intensive. "Our client would have had to buy hardware, pay for Crystal features they won't use, and pay us for two to three days of implementation time. ChristianSteven CRD will take us at most one day to implement, and that includes the time it will take to perform a Crystal upgrade, convert the reports, create a schedule, and test the system."
