MediaAgility migrated 50 employees of the company from a third party solution to Google Apps. The reason for migration was delay in delivery of mails and large downtime from their previous server. The entire Deployment was complete within 1 week. Deployment activities include sharing of Intranet communication templates, mobile device setting and outlook configuration. Tips & tricks email templates were sent as a change management exercise to get users up to speed. All emails from previous platform were migrated successfully to Google Apps. With Google Apps for Business there is zero downtime and no loss of emails. DESL was provided with technical support on weekends and given Google Apps admin training and user support under Change Management program.
