Brooklyn's Premier Fashion Event Seeking Alliance With Local Businesses. End Quote

Albany-Schenectady-Troy, NY (1888PressRelease) August 15, 2012 - The Brooklyn Style Foundation (BSF), the creative incubator for emerging designers, is seeking the partnership of local businesses to endorse the 14th season of Brooklyn Fashion Week{end} (BKFW), beginning September 27-30, 2012. Industry City, the creative enclave that comprises 40 acres of Bush Terminal along Brooklyn's Sunset Park waterfront will host the borough's premier fashion and charity event for a third season. The four-day event boasts substance and style from innovative designers and is open to 3000 guests including fashion journalists, mainstream and local media, celebrities and retail executives.

BKFW introduces two new marketing opportunities for local businesses- Street Banners and Display Windows inside Industry City, located at 241 37th Street ( @ ) 4th Avenue in Sunset Park Brooklyn dot

• Businesses can reserve a street banner that will hang for four weeks from the street lights on 4th Avenue, from Atlantic Avenue to 38th St, the heart of Industry City where BKFW will be held. Sponsors will receive complimentary banners. Individual banners can also be purchased. Each business or individual to reserve three or more banners will receive a discount.

• Sponsors will also be able to reserve a display window for three weeks inside Industry City along 37th Street, the route used by BKFW attendees. The windows will also face the Brooklyn Costco parking lot and entrance.

International designers include: Franz Patrick Albana (Canada), Joyce Peñas Pilarsky (Philippines), John Guarnes (Philippines), Torregrossa Fashions (USA), George Strood (UK), Melissa Squire (North Battleford, Sask ), Abiose Massaquio (Liberia), Montaha Couture (Middle East), Terrell Taylor (USA) and Monsieur Belange (UK).
