For over 13 years JW Design Company has worked closely with younger companies to develop an online image and branding. Now, the design house has begun to pump out articles about how to set goals and define what is personal motivation in the form of finishedgoals.com.

"We looked around the industry of online startups and realized that while the products were very good, there was still some fundamental information missing," says company staff writer Jay Phoenix. "We would take on clients that needed logos, branding, and business strategy without ever asking questions about what their original motivations. They couldn't tell us why they were promoting anything in the first place."

The idea for this new venture came while Mr. Phoenix was walking around a local book store and noticed the popularity of the self-help section.
