March 14-17, 2006 DEOL Partners' Founder and Managing Partner Ruslan Oleksenko attended the world's leading property market of the year, MIPIM 2006, that was held in Cannes at Palais de Festivals.

"Property Talks 2006" provided participants with a clear view of where the property market is heading in the coming years through special sessions, interactive workshops and keynote speeches.

The 17th MIPIM was even more international in scope than its 16 predecessors, attracting a total of 7,216 companies from 74 countries. MIPIM 2006 hosted 21,415 participants, an increase of 21% over last year and beating all attendance records since the event was launched in 1990.
