Denver Firm Combining With RubinBrown LLP

LLC (www.bondico.com), an accounting firm located in Denver, and RubinBrown LLP (www.rubinbrown.com) are joining together, effective June 1, to form what is projected to be among the 50 largest accounting firms in the United States. The firm will have a combined professional staff of more than 400 with offices in Denver, Kansas City and St. Louis. The announcement was made jointly by James G. Castellano, CPA, chairman, RubinBrown LLP, and Bert R. Bondi, CPA, partner, BONDI & Co. LLC.

According to Castellano, RubinBrown has been looking to expand its audit practice in the Denver area since it successfully entered the market in mid-2010. Combined, RubinBrown will now serve clients with nearly 60 accounting, tax and business professionals in the Denver office.

Wallace, CPA, have all been named partners with the expanded RubinBrown.
