Democracy Earth Foundation was founded by Santiago Siri, the technical lead for the open source Sovereign software project. Siri, who is also a World Economic Forum member, co-founded the Partido de la Red political party of Argentina and DemocracyOS. His book 'Hacktivismo' was published by Random House in 2015. Siri’s Democracy Earth co-founder, Pia Mancini, delivered the popular TED Talk “Democracy for the Internet Age” garnering more than 1.2 million views.
