The Fund was founded as a public - private partnership between Delray Global Capital and private investors, and is managed by Delray Global Capital in Delray Beach, Florida, which has assembled a dedicated team of professionals with decades of experience in healthcare, biotechnology and the investment banking industry.
The fund, which is targeted at both private and institutional investors, will place priority on power generation projects using renewable sources. The fund will be managed by Senior Executives with Delray Global Capital in Delray Beach, Florida.
