Delivering positive social impacts in the rural communities of India
The RBS Foundation India (RBSFI) supports the development of sustainable livelihoods in the rural communities of India. Those living in these areas are often dependent on the country's critical natural resources and the RBSFI promotes a culture of subsistence which is in tune with the environment and the wildlife that inhabits it.
- (1888PressRelease) December 24, 2011 - The Annual RBSFI Report features case studies on how we have facilitated the growth of projects across India by working with local people to help promote and deliver local initiatives in accordance with their needs. By working together with those who directly benefit from the programmes the RBSFI can have a positive social impact that lasts.
