Delhi Duty Free Witnesses DIAGEO's World Class 2011 Winner Bartend LIVE for International Travelers
In his first bartending act after winning the title, Manabu Ohtake prepared exotic and exclusive cocktails for travelers at the airport.

Launched a new luxury bar experience, the World Class Bar, travellers will now be able to taste exclusively prepared cocktails from the Diageo reserve brands portfolio, including Ketel One® Vodka, Cīroc® Vodka, Ron Zacapa® Rum, Johnnie Walker® Gold Label Reserve and Johnnie Walker Blue Label blended Scotch Whisky by trained bartenders.
World Class, a celebration of the flair, creativity and skill of the bartender, is an international, year-long training programme founded by Diageo Reserve that elevates the craft of the profession of bartending and brings consumer trends to life in the greatest bars across the globe. Now in its third year, the 2011 World Class Global Final took place for the first time in Delhi. Over the past eleven months, contenders from the most established and highly esteemed bars have been competing against their peers, each with the ambition to be crowned the 'Best Bartender in the World'. 34 participants from all over the world competed in six challenges judged by leading gurus of the bartending industry - Dale DeGroff, Salvatore Calabrese, Peter Dorelli, Gary Regan, Daniel Estremadoyro and Hidetsugu Ueno.
Delhi Duty Free, India's largest duty free set up, hosted 'LIVE' bartending by the World Class 2010 and World Class 2011 winners for the international travelers on Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17, 2011 at the T3, IGIA in Delhi. . Manabu Ohtake, the winner of the Diageo World Class 2011 'Bartender of the Year' award was there at Delhi Duty Free on 16 July, 2011 and impressed passengers with his excusive cocktail recipes. Passengers were very excited to see him preparing cocktails for them. Looking at the excitement and response of the travelers, Delhi Duty Free also invited Erik Lorincz, winner of Diageo Reserve World Class 2010 on 17 July, 2011 to serve and prepare exotic cocktails for international passengers.
The whole event of bartending by international winners was well appreciated and by passengers.
