Delcam to host Middle East aerospace opportunities event
Delcam will host a meeting on aerospace opportunities in the Middle East being organised by the Middle East Aerospace Consortium and the Midlands Aerospace Alliance.
- (1888PressRelease) September 10, 2010 - Entitled "How to do aerospace business in the Middle East”, the event will be held at Delcam’s Birmingham headquarters on the morning of 7th October.
The Middle East aerospace and aviation industry is expanding at a rapid rate with Boeing predicting that 1,580 new aircraft will be delivered to the region over the next 10 years. 60% of all wide bodied aircraft currently being manufactured are destined for the Middle East, with $42 billion being spent on airport infrastructure. Vast expenditure is also being committed on defence, security, space and satellites. Opportunities exist for all types of companies to do business in the region.
This half-day course will provide information on where the opportunities are in all these areas and will also give the top ten tips for winning business in the region. It will be presented by John Ellis, CEO of the Middle East Aerospace Consortium, which helping more than 100 international companies to do business in the Middle East.
