Fields, at age 20, wanted to open a chocolate chip cookie bakeshop and store. Twenty-plus years later, she had expanded her role from managing one store to more than 600+ stores and franchisees in the U.S. and 10 foreign countries. Fields had managed to do what others called "impossible."

An obviously fitting keynote speaker for the Get Your Voice On: A Celebration of Women event, Fields will tell how she made it against all odds with just her passion and her first secret recipe.
