Dean Myron Steeves Elected to Christian Legal Society Board
Myron Steeves, Dean of Trinity Law School (Santa Ana, Calif.) has been elected to the board of directors of the Christian Legal Society (Washington, D.C.), the membership organization of Christian attorneys, judges, law students, and other legal professionals.
- Orange County, CA (1888PressRelease) October 23, 2013 - Trinity Law School today announced that Dean Myron Steeves was elected to Christian Legal Society's Board of Directors. Located in over 1,000 cities in the U.S., the Christian Legal Society (CLS) is a membership organization of Christian attorneys, judges, law students, and other legal professionals dedicated to serving Jesus Christ through the practice of law, defense of religious freedom, and provision of legal aid to the needy.
CLS's Center for Law & Religious Freedom has been involved or filed briefs in nearly every major U.S. Supreme Court case involving religious liberty over the past 30 years and has been involved in major religious liberty legislation on federal and state levels - including the Equal Access Act, Religious Freedom Restoration Act and Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act on the federal level.
