The first BEACoP of 2010 took place at the Doubletree Hotel, Minneapolis Park Place on February 2nd. Vitaly Shtulman, enterprise data architect and manager of the Enterprise Integration team at National Marrow Donor Program spoke on Business Event Based Integration.

Shtulman explained considerations, challenges, and success factors associated with implementing enterprise integration infrastructure based on business events. As part of the few who have accomplished the integration infrastructure, Shtulman commented on his experience of speaking at the BEACoP meeting. "I found it empowering to educate and converse with fellow business leaders on a topic like integration infrastructure that has the ability to impact business immensely."
