David Wallace Promoted to General Counsel for San Diego-Based Trigild
Trigild Promotes Dallas-based Attorney to General Counsel.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) September 25, 2012 - David Wallace has been promoted to general counsel of Trigild, a San Diego-based real estate and fiduciary services company, the company's chief operating officer Judy Hoffman announced today.
Previously associate counsel for the firm, in his new role, Wallace will provide key legal and strategic expertise to Trigild company management - assisting with corporate matters, developing and negotiating commercial contracts and leases, serving as receiver, prosecuting and defending litigation on the firm's behalf and representing the company in court hearings.
"David's legal expertise and general business sense have been invaluable to Trigild," said Hoffman. "We are thrilled that will expand his role with our firm, as we continue our steady, strategic pattern of nationwide growth."
Wallace will work from the firm's Dallas office - providing accessibility to clients on both the east and west coasts. Previously, he was an associate with Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP, a full service international law firm, where he worked in the Dallas office, representing a broad range of clients in commercial litigation. He was also a vice president of analytical services for Monroe Vos Consulting Group, Inc., managing all aspects of the analytical services division.
A native of Houston, he holds a J.D. from Southern Methodist University's Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in finance from Texas Christian University.
