About David M. Garvin
David M. Garvin is a Florida Bar certified tax lawyer whose practice concentrates on federal white collar crimes and tax defense. Mr. Garvin holds an LLM in taxation and is also a CPA. He is nationally renown for his numerous not guilty verdicts. Clients have included celebrities, sports figures, politicians, doctors, lawyers, accountants and businessmen. The IRS reports that during the past 17 ˝ years, Mr. Garvin represented approximately 10% of all taxpayers that were found not guilty on all counts in criminal tax cases located in the Southern Region of the United States.
