DAV Energy Solutions is Awarded a Multi-million Dollar subcontract Supporting the U.S. Coast Guard Training Center in Petaluma, California
DAV Energy Solutions is subcontractor for multi-million dollar contract with the U.S. Coast Guard.
- San Diego, CA (1888PressRelease) August 02, 2011 - DAV Energy Solutions has been issued a subcontract with Abraxas Energy Consulting to support their contract with USCG Petaluma Training Center to provide Comprehensive Professional Energy Services for the installation. DAV Energy's contribution includes the installation of advanced metering, building envelope testing, gas and water pipeline leak detection, energy and water audit support, ASHRAE compliance surveys, composting analysis and overall project management of the contract.

The U.S. Coast Guard has been aggressively pursuing energy reduction and renewable energy goals as outlined in the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007.
This is the fourth and largest collaboration on federal contracts with Abraxas Energy Consulting, and represents the continuation of a highly successful teaming between the two small businesses. DAV Energy is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Abraxas is an 8(a) disadvantaged small business / HUB Zone.
