Datamatics Wins Four Prestigious Awards At World HRD Congress 2012

(1888PressRelease) February 25, 2012 - Datamatics was conferred with two highly acclaimed awards - "Edward De Bono Award for Innovation in HR" and "Organisation with Innovative HR Practices" - at the Global HR Excellence Awards 2011-12. These awards were held as a part of World HRD Congress on February 17th, 2012.

A day earlier, on the opening day of the event, Datamatics won two leadership awards. Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi, President and Global Head HR, DGSL was honoured with the prestigious "Pride of HR Profession Award" at the IPE Leadership Awards 2012. Ms. Shilpa Tawte, Head - Resourcing was also honored with the Leadership Award at the 8th Recruiting And Staffing Best In Class (RASBIC) Awards.

Speaking on the awards, Dr. C.M. Dwivedi, President and Global Head HR, DGSL, said - "it is a great honour for me personally, HR Team as well as for our Company. The evaluation process for the awards involved an initial screening by Academic Council, followed by Professional Council and a final live presentation before a jury of esteemed national and international professionals.
