Datamatics Wins Four Prestigious Awards At World HRD Congress 2012
Datamatics Global Services (DGSL), the global Information Technology (IT) and Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) organization partnering several Fortune 500 companies globally for delivering next-generation business solutions today announced that it has won four prestigious awards in the 22nd World HRD Congress 2012, held on February 16th-18th, 2012 at Taj Lands End, Mumbai.
- (1888PressRelease) February 25, 2012 - Datamatics was conferred with two highly acclaimed awards - "Edward De Bono Award for Innovation in HR" and "Organisation with Innovative HR Practices" - at the Global HR Excellence Awards 2011-12. These awards were held as a part of World HRD Congress on February 17th, 2012.
A day earlier, on the opening day of the event, Datamatics won two leadership awards. Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi, President and Global Head HR, DGSL was honoured with the prestigious "Pride of HR Profession Award" at the IPE Leadership Awards 2012. Ms. Shilpa Tawte, Head - Resourcing was also honored with the Leadership Award at the 8th Recruiting And Staffing Best In Class (RASBIC) Awards.
Speaking on the awards, Dr. C.M. Dwivedi, President and Global Head HR, DGSL, said - "it is a great honour for me personally, HR Team as well as for our Company. The prestigious global HRD event, which honors the excellence in organizational human resource development practices, saw a congregation of over 200 companies from over 55 countries. The evaluation process for the awards involved an initial screening by Academic Council, followed by Professional Council and a final live presentation before a jury of esteemed national and international professionals.
