First Microsoft Large Account Reseller to execute the full services model in Hong Kong.
(1888PressRelease) June 05, 2010 - Hong Kong - Datacraft Hong Kong has achieved Direct Large Account Reseller status from Microsoft and is the first Microsoft partner in the territory to offer the full services model of the software giant's solutions. The status reinforced Datacraft's strong relationship with Microsoft and underlined its exceptional level of expertise in Microsoft solutions.
Direct Large Account Resellers (DLAR) are the only Microsoft partners who can place Microsoft volume license orders, such as Enterprise Agreement, Select, etc. to Microsoft directly, bypassing its local distributors. Datacraft Hong Kong was awarded the DLAR licence as a result of the demonstrated capability by Dimension Data, Datacraft's parent company, to add value to enterprise clients using the 'Full Services' model. 'Full services' is a platform to execute the full range of services, such as professional services, managed services, training services and software services to the clients.
