Daniel represents large multinational clients on a range of issues, including the design and implementation of anti-corruption compliance programs, conducting third-party due diligence reviews, and assessing risks under the FCPA and the UK Bribery act. He has represented clients under investigation by the U.S. Department of Justice, the U.K. Serious Fraud Office, and other regulators. Daniel has overseen large internal investigations and counseled European clients on responding to allegations of improper behavior and interfacing with international regulators and agencies in Australia, France, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, among others.
