Danforth-Pape Toastmasters, invites guests to its open house on Friday, October 21st, 2022 starting at 7 pm, online on Zoom, to meet members and watch a special guest speaker, Costin Manu - actor, director, and arts management professional.
- (1888PressRelease) October 15, 2022 - Toronto, Ontario, Canada - Danforth-Pape Toastmasters, invites guests to its open house on Friday, October 21st, 2022 starting at 7 pm, online on Zoom, to meet members and watch a special guest speaker, Costin Manu - actor, director, and arts management professional talk about the lessons we can learn from a stage performer and from the leadership position he held in his career with a speech titled A MANUfactured Life!

After hearing from Costin Manu members and guests will enjoy a regular Toastmasters meeting that will include prepared speeches, Table Topics™ (impromptu speeches) and evaluations.
Club President Vanessa Rich, who has served in various club positions, will be the Table Topics master. “Table Topics are one of my favourite parts of the meeting,” says Sumedha Kulkarni, club member. “This is where guests and members are randomly selected to speak for one to two minutes. It helps you think and speak clearly on your feet.” Other speakers include Michelle Spear, DTM, VP of Education and Club's Past President.
