The course name is: An Attorney's Introduction to Computers and How They Work.
The session will focus on two areas: how computers generate and store electronic information and how attorneys use computers to organize electronic information. Regard will include:
- A background on computers, networks, data storage and use.
- A review of attorney obligations and potential sanctions.
- An overview of creating and consuming data, and potential consequences.
- A discussion of advanced issues, such as international privacy, complex data systems, and social media.
- An introduction to data filtering, analysis and review for litigation.

He has testified on numerous occasions and been engaged as a testifying expert and a court-appointed neutral on issues of e-Discovery.
