Dan Perkins Subaru to Host Blood Drive in Aftermath of Hurricane Sandy
Dan Perkins Subaru is holding a blood drive in their showroom on Friday, December 28th from 11am-4pm.
- Bridgeport, CT (1888PressRelease) December 14, 2012 - Dan Perkins Subaru is holding a blood drive in their showroom on Friday, December 28th from 11am-4pm. The blood drive will be done through the American Red Cross and will be open to all local residents who wish to donate.
Hundreds of blood drives on the east coast were cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy. As a result, many hospitals are still in need of blood to restore their reserves. Dan Perkins Subaru recognizes that the holidays are a time when many people are looking for ways to help those in need. Giving blood is the perfect way to give a gift that is always needed - a gift that money can't buy.
Dan Perkins Subaru has arranged for all donors to receive upright massages during the blood drive. Plus, there will be a live radio remote on site from WEBE 108 from 11am-1pm. Donors will also be able to enjoy free prizes and giveaways from the radio station, as well as refreshments.
