An experienced commercial litigator in state and federal district courts, Mr. Shaw regularly represents companies and individuals in the construction, real estate, and oil and gas industries. He also has a successful track record in federal bankruptcy matters, and represents clients in state and federal appellate courts, including the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans. He joined Shackelford, Melton & McKinley's Dallas office in 2008.

A graduate of Baylor Law School, Mr. Shaw earned his undergraduate degree in business from the University of Georgia. He is licensed to practice in all state and federal courts in Texas, and currently serves as a member of the Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Young Lawyers Association.
