Dallas-based Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, LLP, is proud to announce the additions of veteran business, corporate and transactions attorneys Nancy F. Duessel and Amy E. Lott, who are joining the firm's corporate law practice.

Ms. Duessel, who joins the firm as Of Counsel, provides experience in a range of transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, finance and lending, private securities offerings, and complex contracting. Her clients include public and private businesses from a variety of sectors, including real estate, energy, technology, manufacturing, and financial services. Ms. Duessel's professional background includes serving as vice president and division general counsel for a Fortune 200 company.
Ms. Lott joins Carrington Coleman as an associate. Her corporate and securities practice focuses on private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory and contractual matters. Ms. Lott represents entrepreneurs and established businesses in a variety of industries, including real estate, banking, oil and gas, food and beverage, manufacturing, software, and gaming. In addition, Ms. Lott represents commercial airlines and aircraft owners in the acquisition and leasing of private aircraft, contracting and operational matters, and compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations.
