The exhibit covers the entire corrugated board manufacturing and processing chain. Dalian Xinke Machinery will this year feature its new fully automatic die cutting stripping machine and XK-ZD high-speed type fully automated pasting box machine equipment. The size of the factory has also increased from a few hundred square meters to 50,000 square meters. Over the years, Xinke's platen die-cutting machines have been voted National Patent Products four times in total. In 2013, Xinke invested a lot of labor and financial resources into researching and developing new products like the XK-1050A/1050B fully automatic die-cutting stripping machine and the XK-ZD high-speed type fully automatic pasting box machine. Compared with older equipment, the XK-1050A/1050B has many pioneering improvements in the feeder assembly, stripping parts and main engine parts. The design is more user-friendly and the operation is simple. The XK-ZD high-speed type full automatic pasting box machine is controlled by a man-machine microcomputer interface to achieve an efficient balance between manual and mechanical elements.
